1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has 10+ years of experience as a UI Designer and Web Designer. His last role was with XXXX as a UI Designer where he handled their website and application design, he is also responsible for their UI layouts. Before that, he was a UI Designer as well for two different companies: XXXX and XXXX. And prior to having the title of UI Designer, he was also a Web Administrator and Web Designer for several companies including XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and started off as a freelance web designer.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be Adobe Photoshop and has used this for lots of years already. But for the last two years, he’s been heavily involved in Figma. He can rate himself a perfect score of 5 in Photoshop and Figma since he has used these two for most of his projects. He is also knowledgeable with some video editing using Premiere Pro.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Has 6+ years of experience in the UI Design industry. He is proficient with Figma, Zeplin, and Adobe Creative Suite. For his previous roles, he has touched project management as well and design process. Can do wireframes, mock ups, and rapid prototypes for web applications. Experienced as well with B2C but can do B2B as well.
