1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been working for over 9 years now and last role was with XXXX as a Staff Engineer where he was the head of FA and monitor all the labs internally/externally; he’s also supporting different productions as well as R&D and new projects. He was involved in chips soldering as well on this job. Before this, he was with several companies that were involved with patent researches and trademarks namely XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX    .

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his technical background since he was previously the head of FA and he tackles all the telecom issues as well as legal training and doing patterns. He also have dealt with lots of patents and knows different pattern/technical aspect. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 when it comes to electronics engineering in general.   

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has worked a lot with PCBs and knows software side of FPGA. Also good with test equipment and doing technical data analysis as well. Good with schematics, board layouts, and datasheets. Had a project of PCB soldering and rework before so he’s well-versed in it. Has bit of knowledge with analog/digital circuits as well, rates himself a 2-3 in that.
