Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently a Staff Engineer for XXXX where he is mainly responsible for handling all the electronics projects; he is in charge of all the electronic design for medical devices and mainly works on the design side for more of their projects such as PCB design, etc. Before this, he has been into the medical devices industry, construction and service industry, and now he’s back to medical devices industry as well. Before working in his current company, he was an Electronic Engineer for XXXX where he mostly was doing a bit more of an R&D and works more on the maintenance side; working mainly on new developments of some PCBs and maintenance of existing infrastructure.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skills would mainly be electronics and embedded system design since he has been doing this for over two years now. So he’s proficient with idea conceptualization stage all the way up to the design manufacturing and certification of the product. Rates himself a 3-3.5 out of 5 when it comes to electronics engineering in general.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has 5-6 years of experience in electronics engineering and has good bit of knowledge and experience with FPGAs. Great with test equipment and technical data analysis, has been doing these for a while as well. Day-to-day tasks would include reading and working with schematics, board layouts, and datasheets. They do outsource someone if they need to do PCB soldering/rework but if it’s just some adjustments or tuning, he would be good with that. He is mostly familiar with digital circuits and would be fine with frequent travel to Shenzhen.
