1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She’s originally from Indonesia where she did her Bachelor’s and is currently preparing for her MBA in Macau this year. Her last role was a Technical Writer for XXXX where she mainly worked on oil and gas industry, she did technical documentations related to software applications for the same industry; she mostly did user guides, manuals, UAT, some software testing, and also did some business analytics for them. Previously, she was a Sales Administration for XXXX, where she managed and monitored sales order management, did procurement, and also did business analytics for the team to understand how their system work; she also did testing continuously from start to end up to delivery. Most of her knowledge in that experience, she has carried over to her technical writing job afterward.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her analytical thinking skills and her communication skills as well since she have to do lots of English documentation before. She mainly worked on software applications documentations previously and has used different tools for writing/editing including Microsoft Office Suite tools, JIRA, Tableau, and Talent Studio for documentations; also knowledgeable with manual testing, understands data warehouse, and data analytics tools as well.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has about 5 years of experience in technical writing, mostly on software technical documentation for oil and gas related software. She also has worked on hardware materials previously so she’s also confident to work in that area; knowledgeable with the standards, directives, and also compliance. Also familiar with some Adobe tools and has experience with XML documentation as well from previous employment since most of their projects has XML documents to export in ETL pipelines/warehouse.
