1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has over 20 years of experience in both engineering and management areas. He has worked in lots of public companies in UK, USA, Hong Kong, and China. After finishing his Master’s Degree in UK, he came back to Hong Kong and worked as an Assistant Engineer for XXXX where he was mainly responsible for programming and writing some programs for the control of lighting, etc. After that, he was a different type of Manager for different companies including XXXX (Project/Sourcing Manager), XXXX (Project/Purchasing Manager), XXXX (Project Manager), XXXX (Senior Manager), XXXX (Technical Manager), XXXX (Senior Manager), XXXX (Senior Manager), XXXX and XXXX (Product Development Manager), and is currently working as a Manager where he is leading a team to work with overseas customers in product development. He has lots of works/projects before in Shenzhen and Dongguan area.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his great skills in manufacturing engineering and also his overall experience in the industry working for different huge and famous companies for their new products development. He is also proficient in working with requirements especially for new products or new development for clients.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has about 10+ years of experience in the electronics industry and has mostly worked as a manager for his past roles. He also has worked with different companies including Phillips, Huawei, InVision, Motorola, Nokia, Panasonic, IBM, Sony, Hitachi, Toshiba, Samsung, and LG as well. When it comes to the technical side, he has worked on FPGAs, SAP IPs, and software as well. Knowledgeable with test equipment and technical data analysis as well. Have also worked on schematics, board layouts, and hardware datasheets.
