1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started off with more technical roles such as software developer and then moved into consulting with banks which the pivoted into corporate banking role. After several years, he came back to the digital world around 2017 when he became the winner of an Innovation Olympics and was the Innovation Lead/Product Owner. After leaving XXXX, he joined XXXX and was in the Treasury Arm where he did revolutionized their treasury management through number of innovative ideas. After that, he joined XXXX where he was the Digital Expert giving and implementing advice to their clients, build from 0 to 1 to get them started, and such.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be orchestration; basically just getting a bunch of people with different discipline, skills, together to solve a problem and build something. Also good with delivering innovation; taking an idea and making it into a reality.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has strong experience with product management and has proven record of success and good stories about the products he has built. Also has been in the web3 space for quite a while now as his personal interest; was invested in BTC, blockchain, and crypto. He also has worked as an advisor for several startups so he’s familiar with it and also had a startup of his own several years ago.
