1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Her experience are mainly from marketing, technical writing, and copywriting, spanning in multiple industries and various audiences; she can craft technical documents, advertising communication documents, SOPs, and such. Her last role was with XXXX as a Marketing Communications Manager where she was mostly doing copywriting, had to reframe their perspective, with clients mostly coming from consumer industry sector, internal staff, and others in B2C. Before this, she was a Technical Writer for XXXX where she mostly worked on English manuals for consumer products, also was a Senior Creative Writer for XXXX where she again worked for consumer products. Before that, she was with XXXX as a Technical Writer where she wrote lots of documents including SOPs, instruction files, presentations, and training materials. In general, she also has to communicate with different parties to get the information needed for her materials and publications; also worked on some translations from Chinese to English. Before this, she was mostly involved with both marketing and technical writing for different industries.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be technical writing since she has been doing this for more than 10-15+ years. She can consider consumer products, especially electronics, as her niche but can handle almost any industry. She is also flexible in terms of tools depending on which system was given to her to work on.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has more than 10 years of experience in technical writing mainly focused on consumer products, technical manuals such as installation of software, electronics, worked with engineering and manufacturers as well. She is knowledgeable with Adobe Suite including InDesign, also Photoshop and Illustrator, has knowledge of Canva as well and is an advanced user of Microsoft Windows and software. Also good and familiar with compliance and regulations standards.
