- He’s been working in XXX for 2 years; he usually provides technical support to their users and to the parents of their students. He does the maintenance of the devices, update the school website. He can also troubleshoot Apple devices.
- He doesn’t have professional experience using active directory, but he knows how to use and what are the functionalities of AD. They have their own system for account management. He used their own software for new credentials and staff profiles.
- He has a decent experience in setting up computers, do the cabling and setting up online classes and office meetings online. He’s in charge in setting up devices, cables and setting up software.
- He usually assists their staff for their common concerns which is using TEAMS, that is why sometimes he is conducting tutorial on how to use TEAMS properly. His current company is planning to promote him next year 2022, but he wants to focus on IT field and more on technical jobs.
