  1.  He was the Office IT Helpdesk in XXX  for a couple of months because he has a throat surgery that leads to his resignation but in JLL he supported 300-500 end-users all over APAC he do the support via  email, phone, remote and on-site. He supported some level 1 issues like hardware and software troubleshooting and installation and used AD for domain and account management. He was also in charge in Windows 10 server maintenance.
  2. The reason on his leaving in XXX was, the state of the city, it has a police shooting and he can’t go to work because he is scared and don’t want to risk his life that is why the company decided to terminate his contract. In XXX he resigned because of he doesn’t want the environment for him it is toxic and no career growth because for him as a young professional career growth is one of the things he needs to consider.
  3. He is a fast learner; this is one of his strength as an individual who didn’t graduate in Technical course. His passion in computer technology drives him to work as an IT Helpdesk and asking to his colleagues and search on the internet for his improvements. One of his experience was when he got his first Helpdesk role he always ask his colleague for some details and research in the internet if he didn’t know how to resolve some issues and because of his eagerness, even if he is alone he can manage to resolve the issues of their end-users that time.
