Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He have been working in the merchandising since 2009 and with 13 years overall working experiences. He have been working in different sections on that and from the Junior role, demand training, and have an experience working as a merchandising manager. He said that his major role in the past years is to design the inventory level and do the negotiations with the suppliers, do logistics and supply chain as well. He said that they are heavily relying on the vendors for their supplies and he also need to manage the promotion and increase their sales. In the HR side, he also needs to manage the brand ambassadors to promote their products. He also have a team in his previous job and manage 6 people as well as the ecommerce team. He said clarify that he is not that 100% involved in the operation but he do participate in that if they need to do some rewrites. He also said that he do have an experience in some system integration and have change the MS to SAP and he was the one who’s the point of contact of the IT consultants and their internal teams to maintain the codes which is based on the SAP standards. He also worked in the system integration and updates for their inhouse IT and reprogram some of their IT procedures.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He said that his strongest skills in the mathematics side and he is also good on negotiating with the internal and external vendors for them to get the best support as well as for their resources as well as to maximize the revenues and ensure that they have the right margin after the retail calculations.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He said that he have more 2 years of experience in using the MS Dynamics Navision because most of the company that he have worked for, he used SAP and he have also involved in the CRM and subsystem integrations for 6 months but he was the one who have implemented that together with the project manager in Taiwan as well as the HQ. he also said that he does have an experience in using.
