- Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently working for X as IT Manager/Project Manager for the Application Team. He manages all IT application systems of the company, including incident management, change request management, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) management. He also develops and managing productive working relationships and managing the communication with both internal stakeholders and system vendors.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
Solid experience in system development for the whole Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management for the entire project lifecycles, including both waterfall and agile methodologies. He has experience as a programmer with C#, Python, C++ but he has not been doing programming for a while. He has been working more with a lot of project management recently and has a lot of knowledge in the traditional software development project management.
- During his time as a Project Manager in Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Hong Kong he was in-charge of the core systems upgrade project (NextGen), including point of sale (POS), credit application processing (CAP) and contract management system (CMS).
