- Currently he is working as Transport Supervisor in XXX. His main duty is to monitor their daily operations. He is in charge with their drivers and couriers. He makes sure that delivery is on time and the goods will be delivered in perfect form. He monitors and evaluate the performance of his team and if there is an issue or problem, he will investigate it and do some reports and escalate it to his manager.

- He conducts trainings for his team with regards to their new policies and SOP’s so that their team is still aligned with their goal in team.
- He has an experience with 3pl in XXX. He was in charge in arranging the delivery and to make sure that they are complying with the customs policy. He was doing all the shipment reports, export and imports documents and other requirements that are needed to ship their goods.
- He rates himself 4 out 5 in Microsoft Excel, because he always used it to analyze their data and monitor their shipment if all the goods will be delivered on time.
