- Currently he is the Sales Supervisor in XXX, he is in charge in building the Japan market and doing B2B sales and he is doing general sales activity , conducted market research to identify new sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs. He is also doing a part-time work which is Translator in Hong Kong Open TV Channel, he is responsible in translating Japanese TV program into Cantonese.
- He is strong in communication and language because for him it helps him to build his strong pipeline especially when he is starting to build the Japan market. That is why now he has an extensive network in Japan market, he builds it by maximizing the internet and by referrals of his existing clients. He also has own circle of networks where he helps him to build his Japan pipeline.
- In XXX they are selling materials that will be used for fabrics and they are selling their products to the manufacturers. He considers himself as a hunter because Most of his Japan pipeline is a new client, so he exerts effort on hunting those clients and build his network in Japan market.
- Their sales target is depending on the current market situation. For the past few months their HK team target is 200M Euro and as of the moment they are now in 12% in their target.
