- He is currently working in XXX, as Senior Sales Engineer. He usually handles quality for automotive parts and customers claim concerns with the defects and they will deal with the customers. In some cases, it maybe concerns in design problem, so they need to connect to design team that is bases in Japan. He needs to ensure that the quality of their supplies is in standard, and he is applying QMS to see if all the supplies is in good quality and the production is following the rules.
- He has a strong knowledge in quality related documents (PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, etc. He also review & evaluate SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Report), and he issues Monthly Quality Scorecard to supplier & implement improvement plan for preventing predictable defects.
- His strength is his Japanese skills because his been in Japan for 6 years to study and 2 years to work, and in his current company they are using Japanese language to communicate. He is also good in problem solving because most of the concerns that he is handling he can resolve on his own by thinking out of the box especially if the complexity of the concern is high.
- He has some networks in Japan market that can helps him to build his pipeline in Japanese market. In XXX, he was the bridge between headquarter and foreign countries’ customer. He is involved in managing automotive parts from foreign countries for projects.
