1.Currently, he’s working with X as IT consultant for over 20 years. He started with them as a support engineer. He’s responsible in managing IT and IT security related projects. When he’s a support engineer he’s responsible in support helpdesk to solve clients’ PC problems, onsite support to solve client’s PC hardware software problems, and implementation of server/PC/network projects. He also worked with X as internet engineer. He’s responsible in administration of the LAN and internet server, Windows NT networking setup and maintenance, maintaining MSSQL server and PC troubleshooting.
2.He specialized in troubleshooting any issues within infrastructure including network, server and desktops.
3.Desktops Skills – 8/10 ratings. He said that it is part of his daily tasks for more than 20 years. He knows how to troubleshoot hardware and software issues with desktops, msconfig, registry, and removal of malwares.
