Responsibilities include administering the system infrastructure (Windows servers, VMware, Citrix, Cisco network, VoIP and WatchGuard firewall), key project implementation, system documentation, budgeting, procurement, vendor management, system back and disaster recovery. Also includes desktop support to all users in Hong Kong. He also worked with X (a hedge fund company) as IT manager. He’s solely responsible for the whole infrastructure support. He also worked with X as a system administrator. Previously to that, he also worked with X, X, X, X, and X as IT admin, IT manager, and network support specialist.
