- He was working in start up education foundation with a vision to create multiple international school across Hong Kong as IT System Director. His main responsibility is to review the existing IT assets and IT security, securing intellectual property with asset tagging.
- In XXX he collaborated with the IT asset information with the Finance team, he also assisted with the IT Infrastructure for the campus building planning and keeping in touch with system integrators and vendors.
- He is strong in IT infrastructure projects. Since he had an experience migrating infrastructure. He also had an experience in regional management support and mainly he is supporting US and Europe branch.
- In XXX he managed IT Infrastructure and Operations Services projects within a matrix organization. He also Worked with the PMO to adhere to the project governance, project framework, and meet the established standards.
