1. He is working as a freelance tutor, his last regular job for XXXX. Application and production support analyst, June 2010. They had to lay us off, because of the pandemic, market and equity research, supporting traders and research analyst. Provide support for different app, mostly in-house, in research. Application distribution system, transcription and distribution. Authoring system is handled by analyst, once all the template were verified, it will go to the parameters and be distributed to the distribution system, More than 40K+ clients, doing Level 2 for clients and Lv 1 for internal users, involved in monitoring the back-end jobs, that was part of the daily routine, be involved in the user trainings in different locations, providing coverage in different locations, London, New York, and Shanghai. Back in Apr, they decided to move all of the positions in Shanghai, from Apr he worked as a Tutor for 10 months and came back to home country and was stuck and was only able to get back in 2020 so he decided to work as a part time tutor to teach the ICT, and ABC students. Before he used to work in XXXX as Regional System Admin, 5 different location sin Apac, reporting to 5 different directors in the USA. Also, like helpdesk environment, basically supporting the servers and activities bet different offices, travel doing all of the upgrades, back-up and everything. He was doing the user support on MacOS, IOS, he also uses GSuite on a daily basis, works closely with the user using Windows, Blackberry, mobile devices, audio equipment, supporting and upgrading all the infra. Ticketing and creating tickets based on the API, reports monthly, extracting report from different system, based on different applications they were reporting. Getting more issues, work with developers to rectify the issues.

While they have 5 offices in APAC, he used to travel and suddenly he received a call and told to give them connectivity to their system and somehow connect them in a different location, klm away from the office in Bangkok, he was only given a day to coordinate with the vendors, there were no fiber optic connectivity in the location so they had to work the entire day with the vendor to create a network, so they run a long loop from office to another office, got the hardware purchased and configure so he got all of the hardware ready, by Sunday morning was able to configure to the company and they got so surprised that they were able to pull it off.
