- He just started in the new job in August, worked for 2 months as System Engineer, responsible for providing some support for cloud and windows server, O365 and MS SQL platform
- Over the past years, he has done all around IT support to the user in different countries more focused on desktop support side, infrastructure side and server side. His role is to perform some operations and administration.
- He has 6 years of experience in IT support. He has done a project where he needed to supervise some cloud migration in the Fortune media company. He also has a little bit of experience in different areas, such as planning, coordinating with vendor, holding and maintaining the internal IT team and also explaining the project, evaluating to the management, explaining what is the cost of the project and also provide some report to the management and finally help the company save 500K in the project.
