- He is currently working in XXXX that is headquartered in HK, based globally with factories mainly in Africa. It is a garment company. He is the Head of IT, oversees the IT department, with HK management, has 18 servers and an email system. Previously, he was working in the Mauritius office then got promoted to the HQ in HK. He also does support and manage the server and check that everything is running smoothly and with no downtime.
- He specializes in system administration since 2007, since at Wings, support the global user pool doing Level 1, 2 and 3 support in HK user, Canada and Guatemala, total of 50 users and level 3 support for Africa and China of 300 users. He also manages the local IT in Africa and China
- He has done a project in Mauritius, it was to lead the implementation of the payroll project because before they were paying monthly for it so they decided to make it in-house. He managed what kind of software to use, made comparisons, and did this for 2 factories and saved them 30K USD per year. Another project was an implementation of the network, mostly in Vancouver, Canada. He did it from scratch the design of the network and looking for the supplier.
- He has some limited experience in MacOS, they only have 3 users so he doesn’t really have a lot of experience
