- He is a newcomer from China and works in an investment company. Mainly responsible with maintenance, troubleshooting and has 15+ years of experience supporting users in the IT technical side.
- He is strongest in IT support and has done so extensively. He has done an IOT implementation, where he joined overseas training in Korea then trained the local end-users on how to use the system and check with IT when they have system issues and after successfully launched the system and used the system to help the company to improve their process.
- He is strongest in Active directory maintenance, and outlook server exchange maintenance. He also has some expereince in Windows 10 and Windows 7 some user support experience in MacOS and IOS devices.
