Interview Notes
|
1.Currently, he’s finishing up his PhD degree and expected to get his degree by January 2021. Previously to that, he worked with X as a student representative wherein he co-organized a student conference on AI in Healthcare. He also managed and mentored the interns for the same organization.
2.Previously to that, he also has his internship as a research assistant with X and X. Wherein he focused on data reduction and cleaning for VLA radio telescope data.
3.He specialized in image processing and treatment planning including software programming incorporating geometric ideas. He added that he specialized in MatLab and Python. He uses these programming languages for his treatment planning. He also has some knowledge with SQL and Linux. He said that he was able to write software in imperative and object-oriented style.
4.He has machine learning experience (deep learning process) wherein he implemented a convolutional neural network to segment bone from MRI images. He added that he also has experience in non-ML techniques.
5.He doesn’t have a formal experience in western background company but he’s studying in UK for his PhD. He also added that he’s willing to work in a start-up company since he knew that he’ll be able to learn a lot and grow more career-wise.
