Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Working for XXX for 2 years already as an IT Service Desk and does support and receiving the incoming calls from different countries, tickets, as well as the emails. For this role, he said that he does the support remotely and in his previous work experience, he does the support onsite. Before that, he also worked in the marketing company which is in a different aspect. He also said that he wants to focus in the IT side for his next career path.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He said that he does have an experience in deploying Windows OS in the computers and with knowledge in MS Office & 365 applications, and mobile devices but mainly for the IOS devices but have a knowledge as well in android.
