He has been working in the financial industry for over 20 years focusing on helpdesk and infrastructure support he normally would support from small to medium sized companies. He has supported 10-15 to 200 users. His current job is in Insurance and his role an IT Service Delivery Manager and they 1 subordinate and they are supporting users in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, and Japan. And from day to day, they address and attend all IT inquiries and some of the projects that he is handling now they are doing the laptop and iPhone upgrade.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
His strengths are all-around IT person, and he can be very technical, and his strength is user communication and data centre configuration, and he knows how it runs and on the infrastructure side he is more on the security side. He can also adjust in any industries he might work on.
3. He is strong with Windows platform and that's what he has been using since he started working but he doesn't have extensive experience with Linux, but he knows how to navigate and not really his expertise. He also used to develop. But with software he doesn't have much experience with it. |
