- He was working in XXX, the biggest IT service provider in China/HK region as IT Service Delivery Manager. He leads the team to provide high quality IT services to the business that meets with the professional and Company standards.
- In XXX he also provides IT support on server Infrastructure services and support, performance and service monitoring, proactive system tuning and backup operation. He needs to ensure the creation and maintenance of all documentation, including system and user manuals, license agreements and documentation of modifications and upgrades.
- He has a data management related project in XXX. He was responsible in all the architecture data of the company, so they created a system to digitalize the storage of all the architecture information. He was also involved in replacing the Lotus notes to Office 365 for emails and deploying one-drive and teams to XXX.
- In XXX they had an office relocation projects so he is in charge in managing the IT Infrastructure of the new office. So, they set up the whole network and doing the structured cabling, setting up firewalls, routers, and switches. They have 20 physical host servers and 60 host for VM server. They also have the bail server for back-up side.
- As the IT Services Lead for Asia in XXX, he is ultimately responsible for the daily operations and services provisions for 15 offices across Asia. And his specific duties include, implementing process changes and improvements across the Asia region including regional rollout of Skype for Business, rollout Office 365, Global IT Outsource, IT Audit program and MS Office 2013 Upgrade
