PROJECT MANAGEMENT

End-to-end, including strategy formation to implementation. Plan, implement and monitor the manufacturing strategies to optimize the resources of manpower and production capacity:

•   Monitor project deliverables and provide appropriate support and solution whenever necessary. Ensure the performance of entire production process comply with corporate standard, i.e. product quality, budget and cost, delivery schedule and etc.

•   Develop platforms and digital solutions to enhance customer experience. Manage the projects from requirement collection, project planning, scheduling, vendor management, UAT and launch planning.

•   Communicate with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of projects. Able to speak in layman’s terms to drive consensus with different parties.

 

DIGITAL PRODUCT, SOCIAL MEDIA & ONLINE MARKETING

Provide creative leadership by working closely with the business and marketing team to develop design strategy, use cases, and high-level requirements:

•   Undertake and support team in creation of best in class channel propositions and services following user centred design techniques and industry best practice, including customer usability testing, briefing and managing clients where appropriate

•   Drive the development and communication of design guidelines and patterns, with focus on providing a consistent and intuitive experience

•   Own the end-to-end design process and deliverable set including user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively conceptualise and communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviours for both web and mobile

•   Definition of metrics and usability scores to support quality control. Work with Business and Marketing teams to analyse site performance
