- He is good in Technical writing, he even rate himself 4 over 5 on that aspect because he believes that there’s always a room for improvement. He can transcribe technical terms into user’s language and vice-versa so that the two different departments can understand each and every concern. He’s been working as Section Manager in his current company for almost 13 years and leading his team to implements major projects within 10 branches in South East Asia. He provides technical training to his and other branches’ IT staff and a training for almost 500 users.
- He is able to present ideas and instructions to his users in effortlessly way so that they can easily understand it. Some of his projects in his previous company even in his current company are Data migration, IT policy planning, he even supervise the whole system implementation so that he is confident that it will work smoothly.
