1.Currently, he’s working with X as VP of business development. They are selling AI-Interview platform being used by HR department. He’s responsible in driving the sales using LinkedIn, WeChat and cold/warm calls. They are also selling other software such as Video KYC and machine learning consultant. He also worked with X as business development director. Responsible for sales for industrial applications and lead team for CE product sales. He also worked as sales director/general manager for different companies under X such as X, X, X, and X. Previously to that he also worked with X, X, X, X, X, X, X, and X.

2.He specialized in both business development and farming including leads generation and marketing. He said that it really depends on the product itself. Additionally, he specialized in SaaS, electronics, and semiconductor products.

3.He usually gets his leads from WeChat, LinkedIn, existing connections and cold/warm calls.

4.He said that mainly focused on B2B sales since he’s currently working now on HR software. He was able to developed McDonalds, HKBN, Tata India, FedEx APAC, and Talent Acquisition as his key clients with X.
