1. Currently, he’s working with X as a general manager. He set up from scratch and became a well-known system integrator in the field. He’s responsible in selling solutions, applications and software. He also worked with X as regional sales director. Previously to that he also worked with different companies such as X, X, X, X, and X as a sales manager/director.
2. He specialized in business development, sales management, marketing and promotion, solutions and systems development including strategic and tactical planning. He added that he has also experience selling enterprise software such as NGT Club Management System, Woacom Signing Solution and Hikvision thermal solution. He added that he’s into hunting new clients from different fields.
3. Digital Marketing – Yes, he has experience with digital marketing such as online and offline advertisement with X. He added that he also worked with X as a senior account manager which is a Hong Kong based internet and offline media empire wherein he promoted one-stop marketing solution to marketers.
4. B2B Sales Experience – Yes, most of his experience are selling solutions to corporations such as IBM, Cisco, H3C, American Club, Tang’s Group, Marco Polo and IBIS.
5. He has experience in working in a small company such as X which consist of 7 staffs and X which is consisting 5 people within the group.
6. He also has experience dealing with mid-levels to C-Levels since mostly they are the decision makers for the company in regards to software or product acquisitions.
7. When it comes to target geography, he dealt a lot of companies and industries in Hong Kong, Greater China, Macau and Asia Pacific for his recent company which is Milestone System Ltd as an example.
8. Targets – With X, they have a target of 3M HKD a year since it’s a small company and he usually is getting 90% of it. Previously, with the larger companies he worked with their target was 10M HKD per year and he’s getting around 80% of it.
