- Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Working in the industry for 18 years. He started his career as an Engineer he was leading 20 Engineers to provide services such as project implementations and support. After 10 years he spent 5 more years in Project Management and led 6 Project Managers and they handled business development projects.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
Has a strong experience in doing Project Management he has spent the last 5 years working in HKT and led a team of 6 to provide project implementation etc. He also possesses an experience in People management since he has handled a team of Project Managers in his previous job. He doesn’t have any Manufacturing experience as he had worked the banking industry.
- As an IT Operation Manager, he manages different teams a global wide company they provide support desk support and engineer desktop and L3 Support such as Network Storage and they are operating in the infrastructure of the client side. He's the one who manages the team in APAC Meeting and has regular meetings with the client to talk about the improvement on the infrastructure and provides monthly data reports.
- He started as an Engineer other than Project Implementation he also provides he also specializes in EOC. Has solid experience in Service Desk Support and has worked with various companies from different industries.
- He also coordinates with different teams, providing communication channels and make sure the message can be delivered amount the teams. Provide guidance and mentoring to team members, make sure that new joiners can adapt in the fast-paced environment. Creating runbooks and make sure it has been followed and keep updating it to ensure its functioning at optimal levels.
