- An IT Professional with solid experience in network and system support. In his current company he and his team are supporting over 1,000 users in all their sites in Hong Kong, Europe, SE Asia and Australia. He also supporting 15 IT staffs in different sites. He provides 2nd and 3rd level support in XXX Limited.
- Networking is his strongest asset, he even rate himself 4/5, because he had a hands-on experience supporting Cisco products, Linux servers and tools. One of the common issues that were normally occurring was the remote network server outage. He resolved it by identifying the root cause of the issue it might, power outage, ISP problem or internal server issue. After identifying the root cause he run some test and resolve it but after that he need to make sure that all the network is well maintained and working properly so he will use ICINGA to monitor it. In Firewall setting up and management he also have an experience in adding and removing rules he even rate himself 4/5.
