- He is the Operations Manager in XXX, He is in charge to handle IT Department. Few of his responsibility are handling ERP Microsoft Navision, VPN, Firewall set-up and system back up plan. He was in charge for vendor management IT project in 2017. A relocation project and data center migration.
- Their company size in not too big so he needs to be hands-on specially in solving immediate user and technical problems. But he does source to IT Vendors to support their daily user support. He is the only IT guy/ Operation Manager, so he needs to step back on the IT projects, to do the budget planning, relocation plan and system enhancement.
- He is familiar with the Active Director and exchange servers. With regards to ERP, he doesn’t have Oracle ERP experience, but he has different experience with the ERP like Microsoft Navision.
- He got some relocation projects, so he does the planning and design of the infrastructure but since he is also involved in budgeting and other planning, he needs to outsource IT vendors for them to do the execution of IT Infrastructure plans.
