- Currently he is working in XXX as IT officer. He mainly supports in-house users, resolving their computer system issue. His most common issue that he always resolves are the users cannot receive any emails, cannot connect to the server and internet, and sometime their company software problems.
- He has an experience in VMWare ESXi server monitoring and fixing VMWare issues created by the company. He also has some knowledge in Windows server like Hyper-Win, and he is familiar in with this server since he has MSCE Certification.
- He rates himself in troubleshooting as 5 out 5, he is confident with this area because every day, he always does software and hardware troubleshooting.
