  1. Currently he is working in XXX as in IT Project Manager (Contract). He delivers projects within budget and time. He is also engaged in developing project management plans and quality control parameters. He establishes procedures and performance measurements to monitor the technical accomplishment and progress of projects.
  2. He was frequently travelling to China before like 4 nights and 5 days.
  3. In XXX, XXX and in other company that he was involved he develop and implemented the finance system, ERP System, POS System, Cognos software and EDI Solution. In XXX he implanted two types of ERP one is SAP and the other one is SCALA into one single database, they do this for the cost of the license and to generate different reports in one database for the whole global APAC region. That is why he is strong in ERP as he has an extensive experience on this.
  4. He rates himself 4 out 5 in management because he always studies his team, like what are the strength and weaknesses and he treated them as a family. One of his members decided to leave the team because he is planning to build an IT consultancy, so what he did was he supported his subordinates and build business relationship with him that is why even if that person leaves his team, they still doing business and supporting each other.
  5. He has a solid experience in IT Development and IT infrastructure because in ERP he needs to do coding and understand the whole system and implement it. In IT infrastructure he has extensive knowledge on this if you don’t have enough experience your IT operation will not work smoothly.
