- He has been living in HK for 15 to 16 years and working in IT support early in infrastructure, support, admin, data engineer and then as IT manager for the last 5 years, working with company and vendors. He is in charge of the IT infrastructure, mobile project related to the company, he also needs to build computers, doing user support and has experience in working with ERP systems, and some experience in cloud platform, O365 and help previous employer to migrate from O365 using teams and SharePoint, some experience in WiCenter, EC2 Aws and Ali Cloud Directly. He is mostly focused in local company, O365, large scale deployment, supporting every single user in APAC, more focused on cloud and working with projects assigned by the company
- He has extensive experience in VPN, they use it quite often, set-up the firewall, connection to data center, infrastructure. Would rate himself 5 out of 5 in VPN, 4 out of 5 in Apple hardware, MacOS, iOS, i-Mac and stakeholder engagement experience.
- He also has experience with Cisco Meraki stack in his current employer and wifi devices.
