For XXX Group they have three companies. He is in charge of helping support three teams including the document management system team, infrastructure team, programming and applications, IT staff reporting to him. He is also managing the subsidiaries office and overseas office for Shanghai and Macau. In his current role is a mix of management tasks and technical roles.

They work on numerous projects in XXX example motorizations, servers, moving applications, and preparing projects. They also completed a project for the IPL HRM last year they migrated the system and rewrite applications using PHP and saved some of the cost as well. They changed the profile, managing applications of the users. The programming team is also responsible for the management systems which monitors all the expenses and P&L for all construction projects they are handling.

In previous jobs like XXX XXX Board he did handle projects for CRM , POS systems they also had their own CRM systems. At his previous company they also used SAP for that project they were doing enhancements and several phases. He completed a project for their aircraft maintenance system.

He is using the SDLC similar methodologies to complete projects at previous companies such as in Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks they started from scratch from user requirements, basically followed the methodology.

Recently he is more on the technical role, working most on the technical platforms but also has experience managing and supervising members of an IT team. As a Group IT Manager at XXX Limited he reports to the Group Director.
