Recently worked at XXXX as an IT Manager where he led and supported a team that is responsible for over 100 users. He was responsible for several projects and ensured that they were delivered on time. Before that, he was an Assistant IT Manager at XXXX where he led the HK and China IT Team. Before becoming an IT Manager, he was mostly a System Analyst/Specialist for several companies. During the early years of his career, he was also in the IT Support industry.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be Active Directory and IT Project Management. He is well-versed in handling all problems from the inside and staff side. Also, he is a fast learner and is very interested in learning new stuff.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
Has lots of experience in Team Management and leadership. He is proficient with IT Operations and Infrastructure as well. Have basic skills in supporting Apple products, both software and hardware. Mostly uses Office 365 but is very keen in learning G-Suite as well. Experienced with dealing with vendors, managing projects, and stakeholders.
