As an IT manager at XXX & XXX he has two major parts for his position. First IT Infrastructure, including their server and network infrastructure. The second role is to build their system including ERP and CRM, as well as build the data warehouse and BI the whole process.

For his experience with ERP systems and implementations, overall he has 10 years of ERP implementation experience. Since he graduated from his university up to his work experience in the present.

As a Project Leader at XXX Solutions, they had an Oracle EBS when he joined they had to implement supply chain modules. He took part in the maintenance, also worked with the offshore support team and local project members on site. They needed to do integrations with their system including the manufacturer, to manage the manufacturing flows.

For system design and development he has extensive experience, he has worked on enterprise applications and re-design these applications, implementing solutions etc. He also has more than 6 years of experience in managing an IT team along with his project management experience.

An accomplishment he is proud of is that currently at XXX & XXX they built the IT Infrastructure all the servers and network infrastructure from zero, upgraded the ERP system and implemented their CRM Salesforce for Hong Kong and Taiwan.
