He is expertise in IT Operations, Project Management and Network Security, and looking to utilize his strong analytical abilities and logical skills to achieve company goals. Thomas is also a dynamic and highly strategic Regional IT Manger, with team excellent management skills. He can be relied upon to ensure maximum access to and implementation of technology services

He has rich experience in performing IT Operations processes and Service Management he is usually the go-to person when it comes to fixing the servers, VPN etc. He is also an all-around IT person, and he is very knowledgeable in IT Infrastructure most specifically with Network. He is also very knowledgeable in the technicality. On his technical skills side he can do MS Windows Servers, Offices 365, MS Azure, SharePoint Online, Active Directory, MySQL, PHP, McAfee Security tools(ePO), Heat DSM, ServiceNow, SCCM/Intune, Network Security, ISO 27001, Project Management, CISCO, Fortinet Firewall & Switch, VMware, Veeam backup, Linux, Ansible, PRTG, Jira, Google Suits, AWS.

  1. Has Extensive experience in setting up and maintaining IT Service Delivery, including Service Desk, NOC, End User technology and support. Since he has helped people install software’s and do all-around IT support within the organizations where he has worked. Even as IT Managers he still does the. He has also handled a small team in Service Desk Support. He is also PMP and ITIL Certified.
