- Currently, he is working in XXX as IT Infrastructure Operations Consultant and Project Manager. He is in charge in IT infrastructure operation and consultant, and he is also doing Project Management. He is serving the Hong Kong HQ.
- He is managing office relocation in Korea. He is doing sourcing offices and another project transition like standardizing organization but some of his projects are on hold because of the pandemic.
- He is more on service level management and service quality management. He is more hands-on in planning, coordination, and service level kind of things, driving improvements, meeting with the high-level management and he is also accountable to do technical configuration.
- He managed two contact senior specialists delivering network services and various projects including retail standardization projects, and data center downsizing and he also managed the implementation, operation, incident, problem resolution and service improvement of WAN and WAN acceleration service in the Asia Pacific region.
- He is also engaged in performing security/business continuity assessment on legacy LAN/WAN, VPN and Internet access infrastructure, warehouses, retail and back office and provided mitigation plan and responsible in standardized VLAN, IP assignment, failover and routing in local area network for Asia.
