   He graduated and then spent 7 years as dev and consultant in banking, healthcare, insurance, working as a system analyst, XXXX a company building gaming products, have a got to market strategy shift, had to built a studio of 40 people, manager, developers, etc. responsible for the performance of studio, handling vendors and teams and decided to relocate the members and relocated in Canada

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He is strongest in architecture application, software design and pm. A project he has done is the relocation projects, the biggest project, relocating 10 members and their family and have the keep the studio operation running, manage vendors and have to outsource the missing points, to keep the contractors motivated to be able to continue delivering [products, define and construct the roadmaps and the budget perspective, when and how much, identify the resource needed, list out all the pros and cons, at the end successfully relocated and 0 turn overs from contractors and delivered 3 games to keep the studio profitable, within the budget and time limit

3. Do you have eCommerce experience?
   He actually has eCommerce experience in XXXX for 6 months, building eCommerce solutions for different clients such as lane & ford, developing a web application so they can sell and keep track of their clients
