- Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently working in a bank in HK for the last 6 months. He is Head of End-User Service and has been working there for over a now and he is now handling a team of 13. The company has around 3000 staff and they manage the data operations and some security control and make sure to update their security system to the latest version. He used to work as an IT Service Manager for Techtronic Industries.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He has an all-around IT skill set and he could handle IT Infrastructure services. He is also expert in the usage of AD, VPN, O365, Veeam, VCenter and Lotus Notes and in in End-User Applications such as Manage Engine, Desktop Central, Pulse Secure, Sophos File Encryption, Sophos Endpoint, and O365 Experience on ITSM application such as ServiceNow, ManageEngine helpdesk and in using Video Conference Systems such as Polycom Group Series.
- He has experience in providing Apple Products support in both Hardware and Software and skilled in IT Operations and Infrastructure such as Networking using Cisco Products and together with his team they have worked on different types of projects and resolved many network issues using Cisco Products. He also reviews and formulate the IT Policy and standard and Guideline, develop KPI and metrics.
- He has worked and has a background in Manufacturing. His previous job with is one of the biggest Manufacturing companies in the US and has offices in some parts of Asia and he is very knowledgeable in the Manufacturing industry and has provided support for their IT Department before. He also worked on enhancing the IT service Management using ITIL to review current IT Policy and initial Project Management, Incident Management, Change Management and Server Hardening Policy and Guideline.
