Her career began with freelance work, during which she provided hands‐on technical support to friends and family by troubleshooting hardware issues. Later, she expanded her freelance services to small businesses, managing email systems, websites, and overall IT infrastructure. In her fourth year, she secured a contract with a larger company as an IT support specialist—a role that eventually transitioned into a full-time position where she provided internal IT support, assisting employees with computer updates and troubleshooting. Additionally, she gained experience in project management by collaborating with the marketing department to ensure smooth IT integration during new product rollouts.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Her best skill is effective communication, particularly when explaining challenging IT concepts to those who are unfamiliar with them. This ability has proven invaluable when assisting employees or customers with navigating their computers. She excels at breaking down complex processes into clear, step-by-step explanations.
    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   She frequently assisted employees by updating their Windows software, as many were still using Windows 10 while Windows 11 was available. Although her primary work was with Windows OS, she is also experienced with Mac OS.
