1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has been in the industry for about 15+ years now and started off with XXXX where he was a Network Engineer at first then was promoted to NOC supervisor/NOC duty manager. He is familiar with IP, MPLS, DWDM, and L1-L3. After that, he joined XXXX as a Network Operations Data Center Engineer and currently working as a Network Support Engineer with XXXX where they are supporting APAC customers and international customers as well. He is mostly involved with incident management, problem management, change management, cycle performance management, etc.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be in the NOC side including all the OSI layers especially layer one to three: physical interface, IP network, TCP/IP models, data transmission, optical transport network, DWDM, etc. Rates himself a 5 out of 5 in general as a NOC Engineer.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has been in the NOC industry for about 15 years now and has solid experience in it. Knowledgeable with OSI and TCP/IP models and has great understanding of data transmission network operation principles and equipment. He is also proficient of networking principles/protocols and good knowledge with IP/MPLS networks, DWDM.
