   He has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, starting his career in technical support when IT service management was not yet well-defined. In the early 2000s, he was responsible for both end-user support and server management when companies still maintained on-premise server rooms. Over the past decade, his focus has shifted more toward IT service management while maintaining expertise in system administration.
    

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skills are in system administration, having worked with various systems, including Microsoft Active Directory, domain management, and Exchange servers. He is also confident in handling end-user support, particularly in office environments. In his previous role at XXXX, he was responsible for managing IT support within the office.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has over 20 years of experience supporting client platforms, including Windows, macOS, and Linux Ubuntu desktops. His expertise covers installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of these operating systems.
