Strongest skill would be in doing IT support including his daily tasks of driver installation, server updates, networking, and some troubleshooting as well.

Strong background with general IT and has great knowledge with general IT hardware components and software applications. He is also knowledgeable with Microsoft applications and products. He is a native Cantonese speaker and good with English as well.
