1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Currently working as a Senior IT officer for nearly 2 years responsible for daily operation support of the end-user categorize by premium/VIP support and trading platforms such as Reuters, Bloomberg, Telerate Stock, etc. He is also responsible for maintaining the systems and MS exchange server as well as providing level 2/3 support.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He specializes in an end-user support role for Microsoft products and rates himself 4 out of 5. He has hands-on experience in providing support, configuration, and administration of the exchange server and O365 as well as the migration of office 2016 to O365. He has done basic troubleshooting of Networks and Security and has solid experience in desktop and helpdesk providing daily support to the end-user. Has hands-on experience in AD creating user accounts and taking control of the GPO.
