1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Currently working as a Senior Software Engineer responsible for user support and SCCM deployment, creating window images for standup PC and collaborating with other regional IT based in Singapore and India. He previously works in a Japanese company where he handled IT projects, digital transformation, user support, and AD management.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He specializes in O365, SharePoint, Teams, and power automation and rates himself 3.5 out of 5. He has experience promoting Microsoft 365 power automation and RPA projects. He previously created a Power Automation tool for some data work for a Japanese company and when the user submits their application via SharePoint online and will then generate the email for approval, after approving he will then automate the status in the Sharepoint online.
He has experience in SCCM for software deployment and troubleshooting when the software cannot get the windows update. He helps to create a new collection for software installation and windows patch deployment as well as investigate the connection issues between laptops and the SCCM server. He has solid experience in Active Directory where he manages the user accounts. He is not familiar with Azure Backup however he has solid experience in the Symantec backup tool.
