Key Criteria Notes

  1. Current SI is a major Google partner, and only premium partner in HK. Business is very consultative and professional service- targeting new customers and users, understands their needs and consulting, proposing the best total solutions that really adds value, executing integration, maintenance, and licence fees.
  2. Responsible for personal Sales target, close deals- target: 1m HKD GP, Overachieved 1.5m HKD GP. Has an assistant to do admin work. Propose lots of Google Cloud platforms, API management tools, top market work transformation solutions. Also building and upgrading products from scratch- by integrating services by AWS, Azure, Hubspot, Akamai and Cloudflare CDN.
  3. 70% of sales is to HK government. Also developed private company clients through friendships and Biz dev- such as Insurance (Convoy), Telecoms Smartone, Media RTHK. and also own connections and friends.
  4. Secondly responsible for biz dev- making cold calls, prospecting. Cross sales with other colleagues who sell other solutions or types of customers.
  5. Also looks after juniour subordinates of 8 people. Ad-hoc firefighting, training, coaching etc.
  6. Lastly proactively develops new vendors as partners to resell solutions- especially gaming, AI, chatbot.
