- Had been in the IT Industry for almost 12 years. He is a Field Engineer in XXX Limited for almost 2 years he is an On-site Government support on that company. For 3 years he was a PC Support Engineer and after that he got promoted as Senior System Engineer in XXX of Hong Kong Limited for 2 years so all in all He’s been in XXX for nearly 5 years. After that he become an IT Assistant Manager in XXX Hong Kong Ltd. for 3 years and 9 months. He was involved in Server upgrades and software migration and he even Setup a new Domain AD for different sites.
- He is the Senior IT Engineer in XXX Hong Kong Ltd. for 1 year and one of his tasks is to handle Active Directory and SharePoint Online for client’s requested tasks. He rated himself 4.5/5, using Active Directory. He is using Active Directory to create group policies, change the wallpaper of the user’s desktop, creating new credentials and supporting VIP users giving them access.

Some of his experience in network supporting is that when there is an issue in the server he is the one who will resolve it using virtual appearance or virtualization.
